West Bay Appraisal Services perform residential real estate appraisals on single family homes, condominiums, land, and 1-4 unit multi-family income homes.
Real estate appraisal reports can be based on interior inspections or exterior only inspections, commonly known as a Drive-By. Appraisals can be performed for Banks and Lenders, private party PMI elimination, Tax Abatement, Divorce and Probate purposes. We also provide appraisals for new construction off plans and specifications with progress inspections. James Marsh is approved on the FHA roster in RI and MA.

Our coverage area includes all of Rhode Island and Massachusetts including Bristol, Norfolk and Worcester Counties. We also travel to Block Island (New Shoreham), Prudence Island and Martha's Vineyard. Other regions apply upon special request, please contact us to order an appraisal.
